Use this chocolate cream in waffles, profiteroles, cookies etc.
- 2,5 dl whipping cream
- 1 egg white
- 20 g cocoa powder (2 level tablespoons)
- 50 g powdered sugar
- Optional: gelatin
Whip the cream with the egg white until it is stiff, add the sugar and the cocoa powder and mix well. If you make this cream several hours in advance, you can stir in a dissolved sheet of gelatin.
