Chocolate pudding with corn starch

  • 1 l milk
  • 60 g cocoa powder (6 level tablespoons)
  • 80 g corn starch (8 level tablespoons)
  • 150 g sugar (10 level tablespoons)

Reserve some of the milk and bring the rest to the boil, if desired with some vanilla. Mix the corn starch, sugar and cocoa powder and add to the reserved cold milk. Stir well and add the mixture to the boiling milk. Let it boil, while stirring, until the mixture is cooked and has thickened considerably. Pour the pudding in a pudding mold that has been rinsed with cold water and allow it to cool completely. Serve the pudding with a vanilla sauce.
